Dulles Day Festival and Plane Pull 2012

The Dulles Day Festival and Plane Pull was a big hit. There was lots to do and see.  Thousands of people came out. The event was from 11am to 4pm.

Teams of 25 people registered in advance to pull a 164,000+ pound airplane at Dulles International Airport. Kids could also pull a truck. That was a lot of fun!

This was a fundraiser for the Special Olympics.

It was also a car show, lots of aircrafts on display, kids zone with face painting and moon bounces, K-9 dogs, airfield mobile lounge rides, and a pizza eating contest.

Caring Kids Cards volunteered at this event in the kids zone.

The plane pull was a great event for families of all ages and made a lot of money for Special Olympics.
