The Rebuilding Program sponsored by the Arlington Diocese Office for Family Life helps people of all faiths who are separated, divorced, or widowed and want to move on with their lives. The nine week program starts Sunday, February 24th and meets Sunday evenings 5:30 - 8:00 PM at the St. Martin De Porres Center in Alexandria, Virginia. Topics include anger, guilt/rejection/shame, fear, grief, self-worth, trust, and relationships.
