Community Update

I had a terrible experience with this company. They were scheduled to deliver a moon bounce at a party I attended last weekend and they did not show up. The kids and adults were terribly disappointed. I recently learned that the person who reserved the rental reached out to the company on several occasions and they have not returned her calls. I do know that on the day of the party, we tried contacting them for several hours and eventually a man answered the phone and promised to find out why they were a no show and call us back. He never did. I would never use them for a kids birthday party because they are not reliable. I would give them 0 stars if it was possible.
