Get in Shape with Karate!

Want to get in better shape and learn a traditional Okinawan Karate Style while doing it? Ueshiro East Meets West Karate Club of Northern Virginia is open to all who are willing to learn. Classes are in Centreville on Thursday nights from 7pm-8:30pm, Saturdays from 9am-10:30am and in Reston on Monday nights from 6:30pm-8pm.
