Highest Sold Homes – Chantilly & Fairfax: November

A foreclosure with over 6,000 square feet of living space, the home at 25781 Phar Lap Court had the highest sales price of all homes in Chantilly this November, selling for $803,250.  The three highest listings sold for all of Fairfax County in November 2013:

1. 913 Douglass Drive, McLean, VA - Selling Price: $2,775,000

2. 502 River Bend Road, Great Falls, VA – Selling Price: $2,075,000
