EK FOX & ASSOCIATES, LTD SIGNS 26,859 SQUARE FOOT LEASE AT SOUTHGATE BUSINESS CENTER IN CHANTILLY, VA

Rockville, MD (February 24, 2014) – EK Fox & Associates, Ltd. has signed a lease with BECO Management, Inc. for 26,859 square feet of space at Southgate Business Center, located at 4500 Southgate Place in Chantilly, Virginia. The multi-disciplined engineering firm, headquartered in Fairfax, intends to relocate a satellite office and accompanying 35-person workforce, to the single-story flex/office building in fourth quarter 2014.

 

            Amy Gresinger, Vice President of Leasing for BECO Management represented the landlord and Dave Kinney of The Ezra Company represented the tenant in this transaction.

 

            Founded in 1980, EK Fox and Associates provides a full range of engineering services to customers that include the federal government; private sector companies working in the commercial, retail and residential industries as well as health care; and specialized areas including secure environments and the sustainability marketplace.             Southgate Business Center is a 79,000 square foot flex/office building constructed of white brick and glass, featuring 18 foot ceiling heights and rear loading drive-in docks. The project is positioned within close proximity to VA Routes 28 and 50, as well as Interstate 66 and is located less than ten minutes from Washington Dulles International Airport. Amenities such as Westfields Mall, the Capital Expo Center and Westfields Marriott Conference Center are also adjacent to the project.
