Expect major delays.

Update: 2:33 p.m.

Virginia State Police received a call at 11:10 a.m. to westbound I-66, west of I-495.

Two vehicles collided in the westbound lane, said Corinne Geller, a spokesperson for state police. One of the vehicles began leaking fluids, which caused two more vehicles to lose control and spin out. The vehicles then struck the Jersey wall. No serious injuries have been reported.
