Author David P. Bridges is a literature professor in Richmond, as well as a historian. He will speak about his novel The Broken Circle based on his great, great uncle, Dr. James Breathed, a Civil War hero who fought in Middleburg and Aldie from June 15, 1863 to June 21, 1863.
