Dulles South Station Police Report: Construction Site Larcenies in Aldie and Stone Ridge
A summary of incidents reported for September 8-14.
There was one burglary, two destruction of property incidents and two larcenies included in the Dulles South Station Daily Crime Reports for the week ending on Sept. 14.
Burglary
- Unknown subject(s) entered a home on the 27600 block of Paddock Trail Place between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 8 by damaging a basement door. Jewelry, a video game system and a television were removed.
Destruction of Property

- Unknown subject(s) damaged a driver’s side window to a vehicle on the 25200 block of Kennebec Drive between 5 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 9. Nothing was reported missing from the vehicle.
- A rear glass door on the 24000 block of Windy Hollow Court was found damaged between 11:15 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 11. It appears the damage was caused from landscapers mowing in the area and not an attempt to gain entry.
Larcenies
- Unknown subject(s) removed concrete forms from a construction site on the 25600 block of Royal Hunter Drive between 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 8 and 8:30 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 9.
- Unknown subject(s) removed numerous items from homes under construction in the area of the 25200 block of Quartzite Terrace between 5:30 a.m. and 8 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 10. Items removed include a kitchen sink, tub and shower fixtures, and other plumbing fixtures.
