Fair Oaks District Police Report: Four Residential Burglaries, Two on Deer Hollow Way

A summary of incidents reported for July 7-13.

For the week ending on July 13, there were four major incidents and six larcenies included in the Fair Oaks District Activity Report.  

Major Incidents  

  • BURGLARY: A home in the 2900 block of Saint Regents Drive was burglarized some time between 7:20 a.m. and 4:20 p.m. on Thursday, July 7. An investigation determined electronic items and jewelry were missing. 
  • ATTEMPTED BURGLARY: Someone attempted to burglarize a home in the 2900 block of Deer Hollow Way between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Thursday, July 7. An investigation determined entry was attempted through a locked door.
  • BURGLARY: A home in the 2900 block of Deer Hollow Way was burglarized some time between 8 a.m. and 10:10 p.m. on Thursday, July 7. An investigation determined entry was forced through a door and electronic items were missing.
  • BURGLARY: A home in the 2700 block of Hunter Mill Road was burglarized some time between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Thursday, July 7. An investigation determined an air conditioning unit and jewelry were missing.

Larcenies 

  • 13000 block of Blackbird Place: Shoes stolen from residence
  • 11500 block of Cavalier Landing Court: Garage door opener stolen from vehicle
  • 3900 block of Fair Ridge Drive: Tools stolen from vehicle
  • 13000 block of Maepine Court: License plate stolen from vehicle
  • 9900 block of Oak Creek Place: License plates stolen from vehicle
  • 5200 block of Tulip Leaf Court: Wallet stolen from residence
