Fair Oaks District Police Report: Indecent Exposure on Kinross Circle

A summary of incidents reported for March 29-April 4.

For the week ending on April 4, there was one major incident, eight larcenies, no vehicle thefts and one animal control incident included in the Fair Oaks District Activity Report. 

Major Incident

  • INDECENT EXPOSURE: At 9:15 p.m. on Monday, April 2, the victim was driving her car in the 3200 block of Kinross Circle when a teenage boy wearing only boxer shorts ran out in front of her. He lowered his shorts, exposed his genitals and ran away.

  • 4200 block of Fairfax Corner Avenue: Wallet stolen from vehicle
  • 4200 block of Fox Lake Drive: Laptop computer stolen from vehicle
  • 9800 block of Kingsbridge Drive: License plates stolen from vehicle
  • 12300 block of Lee Jackson Memorial Highway: Cash stolen from residence
  • 12300 block of Lee Jackson Memorial Highway: Electronic tablet/iPad stolen from business
  • 2200 block of McChesney Court: Cell phone stolen from residence
  • 3900 block of Penderview Drive: Wallet stolen from residence
  • 12100 block of Penderview Terrace: Cell phone and wallet stolen from business

Animal Control 

  •  ANIMAL BITE: At 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, March 31, a 2-year-old child was bitten by a Vietnamese pot belly pig on the 1200 block of Hunter Mill Road after placing his arm in the holding pen. All the pigs in the pen were current on vaccinations and quarantined for the next 14 days.
