Fair Oaks District Police Report: Serial Butt Stabber Suspect Identified

A summary of incidents reported for Sept. 1-7.

For the week ending on Sept. 7, there was one major incident, 13 larcenies and one vehicle theft included in the Fair Oaks District Activity Report.

Major Incident 

  • *UPDATE: SERIAL ASSAULTS: Police identified Johnny D. Guillen Pimentel, 40, as a suspect in one of the retail store assaults that took place this summer based on a tip they received. Detectives have obtained a warrant for his arrest but believe he may have left the area. Detectives are continuing their investigation to determine whether additional charges will be placed.   • 9200 block of Brian Drive: GPS and keys stolen from vehicle
  • 12700 block of Fair Crest Court: Laptop computer stolen from residence
  • 13000 block of Fair Lakes Shopping Center: Merchandise stolen from business
  • 3800 block of Grand Junction Court: License plate stolen from vehicle
  • 9700 block of Kings Crown Court: Purse stolen from vehicle
  • 12300 block of Lee Jackson Memorial Highway: Wallet stolen from business
  • 4200 block of Mayport Lane: Sunglasses and iPod stolen from vehicle
  • 4200 block of Middle Ridge Drive: Cigarettes stolen from vehicle
  • 13100 block of Moore Road: Copper and wire stolen from vehicle
  • 4400 block of Oakdale Crescent Court: Watch, camera and video game system stolen from residence
  • 2800 block of Oakton Manor Court: License plate stolen from vehicle
  • 12800 block of Point Pleasant Drive: GPS stolen from vehicle
  • 9500 block of Virginia Center Boulevard: Purse stolen from business 

Vehicle Theft 

  • 4400 block of Dixie Hill Road: 2009 Audi A4
