Fair Oaks District Police Report: Three Teens Rob 18-Year-Old at Knifepoint

A summary of incidents reported for Oct. 20-26.

For the week ending on Oct. 26, there were three major incidents, four larcenies and no vehicle thefts included in the Fair Oaks District Activity Report. 

Major Incidents 

  • BURGLARY: A home in the 12200 block of Fairfield House Drive was burglarized between 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 18 and 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 20. An investigation determined entry was forced through a door and electronics were missing. 
  • BURGLARY: A home in the 12200 block of Lincoln Lake Way was burglarized between 7:30 a.m. and 7:54 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 20. An investigation determined entry was forced through a door and a television, jewelry and a bag were missing.
  • ROBBERY: A group of men robbed an 18-year-old man of his cell phone at knifepoint around 11:39 p.m. in the 3100 block of Ranger Road. Three suspects were described as black, about 18 years old, between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall and 150 pounds. The victim was not injured.

  • 9800 block of Alwaes Drive: Cell phone stolen from vehicle
  • 13000 block of Fair Lakes Shopping Center: Merchandise stolen from business
  • 4200 block of Fairfax Corner Avenue: Jewelry stolen from business
  • 4200 block of Stackler Drive: Purse stolen from residence
