Sully District Police Report: 17-Year-Old Girl Robbed in Front of Public Library

A summary of incidents reported for June 9-15.

For the week ending on June 15, there was one major incident, 11 larcenies, and no vehicle thefts included in the Sully District Activity Report.  

Major Incident 

  • ROBBERY: A 17-year-old girl was robbed around 9:20 p.m. on Wednesday, June 15 in front of the in the 4000 block of Stringfellow Road. While standing outside she was approached by a teenaged male on a bike. He displayed a knife and demanded her bag. The victim complied and the suspect fled on his bike. The suspect was described as black, about 16 years old. He was about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighed approximately 120 pounds. He was wearing a white T-shirt and long pants.

  • 4400 block of Chantilly Shopping Center: Laptop computer, cell phone, passport and birth certificate stolen from business
  • 6000 block of Deer Hill Court: GPS unit stolen from vehicle
  • 13600 block of Northbourne Drive: Tools stolen from vehicle
  • 4900 block of Ox Road: Four wallets stolen from business
  • 13500 block of Ruddy Duck Road: iPod stolen from vehicle
  • 14700 block of Saint Germain Drive: Cell phone stolen from vehicle
  • 4700 block of Stonecroft Boulevard: Three laptops stolen from vehicle
  • 4900 block of Stonecroft Boulevard: Necklace stolen from business
  • 4900 block of Stonecroft Boulevard: Wallet stolen from business
  • 14800 block of Stonecroft Center Court: Cash stolen from business
  • 5800 block of Westwater Court: GPS unit stolen from vehicle
