Sully District Police Report: Break-In at Cub Run Elementary

For the week ending on July 13, there was one major incident, six larcenies and one vehicle theft included in the Sully District Activity Report.  

Major Incident 

• BURGLARY/ARREST: Police arrested a man for breaking into Cub Run Elementary School, located at 5301 Sully Station Drive, around midnight on Thursday, July 14. An eighteen-year-old male from Centreville was taken to jail and charged with burglary. Editor's note: name redacted in August 2012 due to charges being dropped. 

Larcenies 

• 4300 block of Chantilly Shopping Center: License plate stolen from vehicle
• 13700 block of Frankford Circle: Wallet stolen from vehicle
• 13600 block of Lee Jackson Memorial Highway: Power tools stolen from vehicle
• 13900 block of Rockland Village Drive: Bicycle stolen from residence
• 5600 block of Stone Road: Cell phone stolen from business
• 13700 block of Stone Shadow Court: Credit card stolen from residence

Vehicle Theft 

• 6000 block of Union Springs Court: 1999 Toyota Camry
