Sully District Police Report: Police Still Investigating October Murder of Korean Businessman

A summary of incidents reported for August 4-10.

For the week ending on Aug. 10, there was one major incident, 12 larcenies and no vehicle thefts included in the Sully District Activity Report. 

Major Incident 

  • *UPDATE: HOMICIDE: Police responded to a home at 5781 Ladues End Court around 3:53 p.m. on Thursday, October 7, 2010 and located Yong Suk Yun dead in his home with trauma to the upper body. Homicide detectives have just released an image of a vehicle they believe was in the area of Ladues End Court and Fairfax County Parkway around the time of Yong Suk Yun’s murder. to read the full story and view a digital rendering of the truck.

  • 4100 block of Auto Park Circle: Dealer tag stolen from vehicle
  • 5100 block of Claybank Lane: Bicycle and backpack stolen from residence
  • 6100 block of Hidden Canyon Road: Bicycle stolen from residence
  • 13800 block of Laura Ratcliff Court: Wallet stolen from vehicle
  • 14100 block of Lee Highway: Tire stolen from vehicle
  • 14100 block of Lee Highway: Purse stolen from business
  • 12200 block of Quinque Lane: Credit card and cash stolen from vehicle

  • 14500 block of Woodgate Manor Circle: Computer stolen from residence
