Two Chantilly Area Youths Charged With Setting March Brush Fire
Fire was near townhouses in 4100 block of Chantilly Lace Court
Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department fire investigators charged two Chantilly area youths with setting a fire, Monday, April 7.
The 13 and 14 year-old youths are charged with Virginia Code 18.6-86, setting fire to woods, grass, bushes, and 18.6-88, carelessly damaging property by fire.
The charges are in connection to an outside fire near townhouses on March 15, 2014, at approximately 8:45 p.m. in the 4100 block of Chantilly Lace Court.
