Former Massachusetts governor and expected Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney stood in front of several women business leaders in Chantilly Wednesday morning to speak about the economy and its impact on small businesses.
Romney slammed President Obama for not improving the economy, for not having private sector experience and for running an administration that is the most "anti-small business" since the Carter administration.ย CBS News pointed out that this was the second time in three days that Romney has compared Obama to Carter, a Democrat president who only served one term.ย
