'Wow' ... House? Chantilly's Most Expensive Property

Chantilly’s most expensive property on the market now is listed for $2.5 million – but it’s not a mansion.

At $2.5 million, 42069 Logquarter Lane in Chantilly is a small 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home.

So why is it $2.5 million? The home comes surrounded by 25 acres of prime-for-development land.

According to the listing, it may be a good property for a church or daycare – or, more likely, the new owner might be able to divide the property into multiple lots for residential building.

There are homes being built in the area, and other very large properties nearby were subdivided into lots between one-quarter and one acre in size.
