Every Wednesday you and your pre-school mate will prepare a HANDS ON, kid~friendly healthy snack, and/or side dish!

Recipes may include gluten free treats, healthy meal time sides, and/or yummy and fun baking treats.  We also offer dairy free, grain free, and gluten free recipes.  Nut free upon request.
