Community Update

I just received what is possibly the worst experience I have ever had in a barbershop. The barber nearest the door (Frank?) spent about 5 minutes total, cutting my hair. He rushed through the haircut and used his hands to brush away hair instead of using the barber sponge, which I've seen used by most barbershops. I don't know if this was intentional but he was brushing away the hair so fast it felt like I was being hit on the back of my head and shoulders! If that wasn't bad enough, after a few minutes into the haircut, I could smell cigarette smoke on his hands. The whole experience kind of grossed me out and made me feel angry, I will never get my hair cut there again.
