While we can't magically transport you to the beach, we CAN give you all the tools you will need to look HOT once you get there...


If you are still searching for that coveted beach bod it's not too late!  Join Yoga Instructor Stephanie Khan as she guides you through afat-blasting, body sculpting, beach-worthy yoga workout. In this unique class you will use 1-3 pound weights combined with traditional poses to power up your normal yoga pratice. The result of this combo is a body shaping, toning, and sculpting routine that increases lean muscle mass, fires up the metabolism, assists with weight management goals, increases flexibility and range of motion, sharpens concentration skills, and enhances proper breathing techniques--calming the body and reducing stress and tension.
