Maybe they were too busy being on TV to deal with regular clients. Customer liaison and service confused, badly-handled, and sloppy. If you have months to wait and endless patience--if you want to do half of their organizational job for them--if you are willing to chase them to get the job done, and satisfied to accept a poor job because it's too close to deadline to insist that they rip the job out and fix it--give them your business. If you want a competent job by people who take pride in their work, keep looking.
