The primary attraction about McDonald's is that you know what you are going to get. However, this McD's is nothing short of "broken" when it comes to the experience customers have. The parking lot flow is horrible for dine-in as well as drive-through customers. if you do go inside, the counter flow lacks any sense of flow so customers have to congregate in a group next to the cash registers while waiting for their orders.
