At Patch, we don’t take shortcuts. That’s why we hire professional
editors and contributors in each of our towns and personally visit
every business in our Directory at least once a year.
Despite our best efforts, sometimes a personal visit is not possible
— a business might be run out of a home or the owner may be too busy.
In this case, we list the business on Patch with as much information as
we have. And because we believe in full disclosure, we include our
verification disclaimer.
We are always looking for feedback on our listings and the verification
process, so if you see incorrect information or have an opinion, please
send us your thoughts. If you are the owner or manager of a business or
organization, you can claim a listing and help determine what
information is displayed on Patch.
This upscale resale shop is fantastic & unlike any other thrift shop. It's hard to believe it's a resale shop when first entering. In addition to items listed above, it has clothes (including designer brands), shoes, purses, furniture, linens, & more. Also, the animal rescue group, Friends of Homeless Animals, owns the shop, so all proceeds go to the animals. Nothing is "taken off the top" like some shops that are profit making. Most of the people working in the shop are volunteers. A friendly place, fun to browse around in, and worth checking out.
