Centreville Movie Theater: New Ownership in March?
Are Rave Centreville 12 and Fairfax Corner 14 soon to become a part of the Plano, Texas-based Cinemark movie theater chain?
There is talk around Centreville (and on Centreville Patch's Facebook page) that the movie theater, Rave Centreville 12, could soon close. That's apparently not the case. "No, that's not true," two movie employees said Monday. Patch was told unofficially Monday by the movie theater employees that the theater will instead be getting a new owner: Cinemark. Cinemark is based in Plano, Texas. A call to Cinemark was not immediately returned, but Patch will update this story with any new information from Cinemark. The current owner of the movie theater is Rave Cinemas.
