Hornets Sting Chantilly Behind Johnson and Ferguson

Any follower of Northern Region basketball understands that when Herndon plays, the game plan for both teams will revolve around standouts Dorian Johnson and Will Ferguson. Thursday night at Chantilly was no different. The two Herndon stars dropped in 25 points each in a 75-65 victory over the Chargers, creating a four-way tie for first place in the suddenly unpredictable Concorde District. Johnson was dominant inside and out early, while Ferguson had 20 second-half points to pace the Hornets, who moved to 10-4 on the season and 2-1 in the Concorde District.
