Crime Report: Wallet, Keys, Liquor Stolen in Chantilly
The following incidents were reported to Fairfax County's Sully District Stations, which includes parts of Chantilly.
Sully District Station A 27-year-old Centreville man was charged with being drunk in public, according to the Fairfax County Police Department. Police were initially called at 8:10 p.m. on Saturday on the 6200 block of Multiplex Drive in Centreville for a report of a person brandishing a firearm. Police did not find a weapon when they got there. However, they arrested Amir Shukry and charged him with being drunk in public. Assault A 20-year-old man was sitting at a Centreville restaurant when an unknown man assaulted him, according to police. The incident was reported at 12:40 a.m. Sunday on the 14100 block of Saint Germain Drive. The attacker reportedly fled, and the victim did not report serious injuries. Larcenies:

Crime Report: Fairfax Man Chased by Police
The following incidents were reported to the Sully District Station, which includes portions of Chantilly
Sully District Station Traffic stop A 22-year-old Fairfax man was charged with speeding to elude, driving on a suspended license, and improperly mounted license plate. The Fairfax County Police Department reports that at 3 p.m. Wednesday on I-66 and Sully Road, police tried to pull over a motorcycle, but the motorcyclist sped away. A helicopter came into assist, and police arrested Eric Eberhardt in the incident. Larcenies:

Police: Man, 55, Assaulted After Trying to Stop Fight
The following item was reported on Monday to the Fairfax County Police Department's Sully District Station, which includes Chantilly.
Sully District Station Assault Police say that a 55-year-old man stopped his car to stop two groups of teenagers from fighting, only to have them turn their attention to him. The incident took place at 4:15 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Spring Pond Road and Sunset Ridge Road in the Centreville area, according to the Fairfax County Police Department. Police said that the teens struck the man several times before he was able to get away. The victim reported minor injuries.
