ATF: Woman Illegally Sold Guns Purchased from Chantilly Gun Show

A federal grand jury on Friday indicted a local woman who is accused of purchasing more than 25 guns in order to sell them illegally.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is accusing a woman of illegally selling guns —including allegedly selling one to a drug trafficker — and says she bought the guns in November at the Nation's Gun Show in Chantilly. Kimberly Yvette Dinkins of Manassas was indicted by a federal grand jury late last week for the alleged illegal gun sales. She allegedly bought more than 25 guns during a one-month period, and illegally sold all of them within 16 days of purchase, according to an affidavit filed by an ATF agent in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
