20th Annual Pohanka Chantilly Classic Dec. 27-29

For 20 years, Chantilly High School has hosted one of the area's most exciting holiday basketball tournaments, the Pohanka Chantilly Classic. This year’s tournament, played from Dec. 27 to Dec. 29, will feature 16 schools from Northern Virginia, Richmond, Maryland and Washington, DC. Last year’s tournament featured some of the best and most exciting basketball in its history, with Wilson High School of Washington, DC winning the boys tournament and Georgetown Visitation winning the girls title. “We are pleased to continue this great tradition of fine basketball with our friends at Pohanka," said Tournament Director and Head Girls Coach Kurt Sporkmann of Chantilly High School.
